A 1200 litre bottle fully charged to 200 bar would last approximately 20 minutes.

This can be significantly reduced in an Emergency situation when the wearer is under stress and making a lot of effort.

Larger or unfit persons will also consume more air.

The following gives a guide to the working duration that can be expected under normal conditions and can be used to assist in calculating the DUE OUT time (5th column).

180 Bar	17 Minutes	The calculation is based on average air consumption of 40 litres per minute.  The

120 Bar	8 Minutes	If your bottle sizes are not 1200 litre you should calculate the expected duration times per the Safety Manual and enter
